刘道然（Andy T. Y. Lau）博士，是2011年汕头大学医学院通过全球招聘重点引进的特聘教授，其负责组建的肿瘤生物学与表观遗传学实验室实验室，主要关注于肿瘤发生发展的分子生物学和表观遗传学变化。因科研工作需要，现需招聘博士后1-2名，科研助理1-2名。

一．申请条件
1．国内外大学或科研机构的生物学、基础医学等相关专业获得博士学位； （应聘科研助理不要求博士学位，其他条件一致）
2．具有酵母分子遗传相关的研究经验；
3．具有科研创新能力、团队意识和合作精神；
4．具有良好的英文阅读、写作和交流能力。

二．相关待遇
1. 年薪：14万元/年，发表SCI收录的论文1篇，影响因子在3.0以上（含3.0），或发表SCI收录的论文2篇，影响因子在4.0以上（含4.0），或取得一项国家自然科学基金项目，年薪提高到16万元/年；（科研助理薪酬福利按国家统一标准对应学历和工作经验执行）
2. 学校提供住宿或一定的租房补贴；
3. 对于表现优秀者，本实验室将推荐留校任教。

Applications are invited for appointment as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Laboratory of Cancer Biology and Epigenetics, Department of Cell Biology and Genetics, Shantou University, from as soon as possible until the position is filled.
Applicants should possess a PhD degree or equivalent in molecular biology/biochemistry or related fields. The fellow will participate in studying Yeast genetics and applications. The postdoctoral researcher is expected to lead his/her project and to train students working in the lab. We offer highly competitive salary and bonus from Li Ka Shing Foundation.
