我投了一篇文章到Environmental Pollution，但是被退回，主要是关于通讯作者的问题？
主编给的回复是“Please read the Guide for Authors regarding the journal's policy regarding corresponding authorship. We can not prceed with the review process, as the manuscript is not in compliance of the journal's policy.”
我看了投稿要求里面写的是“Environmental Pollution discourages multiple corresponding authors from the same institute. Ensure that the e-mail address is given and that contact details are kept up to date by the corresponding author.”
这句话的意思理解是：1）不能支持两个通讯作者吗？2）还是可以两个通讯作者，但是通讯作者不能是同一个单位的？
究竟是以上那种意思？
