I have received two reviews. Unfortunately, both reviewers reject the manuscript. This leaves me no option but to decline publication of the manuscript in GPS Solutions.

Both reviewers note that the manuscript is not well written. Reviewer 1 seems to be open to look at a revision again.

It seems to me that it is a lot of of work to rewrite this paper to improve the level of readability and comprehension. Therefore, it is best to stop reviewing at this time. That decision stops a clock and gives all the time you need to complete the research, and to incorporate the suggestions provided by the reviewers. Any other decision would keep the clock going and soon you would receive automatic generated reminders, which can be annoying.
