第一次投稿，收到这样的回复，后果是不是很严重
我是一个在职读书的，第一篇文章收到这样的回复，各位大仙看看是不是很严重。

重复率这么高算是严重问题了
简单地说，认为你抄袭
明确被拒稿了，而且是因为抄袭。一般发表SCI或EI的文章，抄袭不能超过30%，最好控制在25%以内。
你写文章就是抄么
在外国人看来重复率太高是个很严重的问题。
话说很严重，如果遇到较真的编辑，说不定会给单位发函警告。多改改，变换一些。

是不是把原作者的名字也写上啦，所以重复率超过了46%；记得去年考试的时候，我的一个学生就是用观察法答卷，一不小心就把别人的名字也写上了……
