收到审稿邀请，但是自己实在是没时间审稿，而我对那篇文章的主题也不是很熟悉，我打算这样写：
Thank you for your invitation, but I’m not familiar with the topic according to the title of the manuscript, and I really don’t have enough time for a timely review. Sorry for not helping and thank you again for your trust.

应该可以，然后把你的研究方向以及期望的审稿领域说一下

像楼主那样简单回复即可。我一年审几十次的同时，也会拒审几十次，用不着过分担心这个。

无法确定如何称呼，就省略称呼。
