各位前辈，前一段时间投了RSC的PCCP，做的超电材料，性能一般，合成方法比较新颖。回来是一个拒稿，两个大修。编辑建议大修重投，编辑说：However, if you are able to fully address the concerns raised by the reviewers in the reports below, I will consider a substantially rewritten manuscript which takes into account all of the reviewers’ comments。请问回信要针对拒稿的审稿人回复吗？拒稿的审稿人这样说的：It is routine work, and should be rejected.
