现在投稿国外的期刊多了，知道那些国外期刊也很多狗屁不是，对作者不负责任，态度差，工作拖拉，一味敷衍，很多还赶不上国内期刊。
LZ太着急了，目前状态只是没有找到合适的审稿人而已，不能说明任何问题。祝好！
