A PostDoc position in electro-catalysts is open in Beijing University of Chemical Technology International Research Center for Soft Matter (BUCT-IRCSM), Beijing, China


Project:  Nanowire and nanoparticle electro-catalysts for ORR, FAO, and methanol oxidation

Description:  The research will include synthesis of metal alloyed nanowire and nanoparticle electro-catalysts and electrochemical measurements. The electro-catalysts will be synthesized in organic solvent medium and characterized by XRD, HRTEM, XPS, FT-IR, CV, and etc. The electrochemical measurement will be performed on electrochemical work stations in a three-electrode system.

Salary:  The salaries for the postdocs depend on the levels of the applicants, which are comparable to that in European countries and USA, while considering the real living standard in China. Housing or housing subsidy is provided by the Center.
