如果你投的是Elsevier旗下的，并且不是修稿后重投的话，那么我可以负责任的告诉你，投稿一个月with editor是很正常的事情。
我以前投的with editor两个月，然后不送外审直接拒稿都发生过。
以前有人告诉我这是编辑比较精明，他觉得你的文章有点儿意思，但是又没有那么的好，于是放在手里等一等。
如果过一段时间没有啥好的文章，他就给你送审；如果过一段时间有能让他眼前一亮的那种，他就拒了你。
这个时候你催稿也没啥大用，我可以给你我with editor两个月后催稿elsevier之后的回复给你看：
Dear Dr XX
Thank you for your e-mail.  
The journal apologizes for the delay in the processing of your paper. I have contacted the Editor again today and your paper is in the current list of papers I have requested he action as soon as possible. The publisher and EiC are both aware of the delays on your paper and we are working to process your paper as soon as possible.  I hope to have an update for you very soon.

最后这个稿件用了四个月审稿完成，而且还是改后重投的稿件。所以只能耐心等待了，

人家编辑这段时间在放假，怪只怪你自己投稿时间没把握好。

哎。。

我11月4号投稿，12月21号从Editor Invited状态变为with editor，已经20天了。不知道啥情况，这是还没有找到审稿人吗
