求助好中、审稿快的数学类SCIE或EI期刊

有一篇奇异积分数值解方向的数学英文，论文10页左右，赶时间求虫友推荐一个好中的、审稿接受快的SCIE或者EI（综合类含数学方向），分区影响因子低不要紧，花版面费贵点也不要紧，Open assess最好，最主要是好中、发表快。文章自我感觉还行，当然不是牛文，水水的，求混3、4区即可。多谢！多谢！
以下期刊不用推荐了。

Applied Mathematics and Computation是Q1区的。我只要水水好中的期刊就可以，主要是快。Advances in Difference Equations好中吗？查了一下是Q2、Q3区的。

这个期刊，现在也很注意自己的审稿和接受速度，你看一下最近期刊上所接受的稿件情况，就一目了然了（去年之前还是很快的，现在不是那么快，不过还好）
