IEEE Trans. on Power Delivery 录用论文出版求助，急！！！！！！！！！！！
论文录用，今年四月份提交的终稿，但是迟迟收不到论文出版之前的Proofreading，导致论文不能出版。
跟编辑邮件联系，他给我如下链接，让我自己查找问题在哪。

应该是停滞在这个链接里面第3步“ (a) the proofreading system does not send reminding emails. If an author does not respond, the paper will stay in the system indefinitely. Most cases of delayed publication are related to this problem. (b) the proofreading papers are accessed NOT from the Manuscript Centre. It is from the submitting author’s personal IEEE account.”
但是，我除了IEEE trans. on POWER DELIVERY 的投稿账号，没有其他的IEEE 个人账号，这个proofreading，到底该去哪里找？
求各位过来人指点！

我记得从第三步的链接进去后会让你登录的，如果没有账户是可以注册新账户的，只是要注意新账户的邮箱要跟你投稿的邮箱一样。

用投稿邮箱注册了新账户，然后进去账户信息里面，如图所示，仍然没有论文的proofreading，求解！！！
