投稿的文章，现在返回第二轮审稿意见，其中有一条意见是这样的：
I appreciate the sincere efforts made by the author. Now After reading the corrections and suggestions and then paper i could understand the concept and the results.

However, It will be helpful to a reader to know what and why such plots are used?
请教大家，这个"what and why such plots are used?"是指的什么呢？

这个审稿人在第一轮审稿时给了6条意见，这儿也一并附上，方便大家结合起来看：
Round 1：
1. Significant Grammar mistakes in first para of the introduction.
2. what is t^2 in equation (1) ?
3. Notations are not properly defined.
4. How is FLO statistics is applied and justified. I could not understand clearly.
5. I feel that it would be better if justification of flo approach also in detail.
6. Results: FLOs  are only compared and not with  RAT, and others. Refine results
Round 2:
