At revision stage all authors are required to submit, together with the revised manuscript, a zip-file named "Archival_material.zip" that contains the original, uncropped and unedited photographs of all figures that represent gels, Western blots, microscopic photos, etc., that will be published in the final article. This zip file will be added to the published paper as online Archival Material and is not part of the peer review process of the manuscript. Failure to provide such original photographs will delay, or even preclude, publication of a manuscript in Biochemical Pharmacology.

If you have any gel blots, such as Western/Southern/Northern blots, or microscopic images that have been processed and presented in the figures, just gather all the original, unprocessed scans together and make a zip file. Send the file together with you revised article. Nowadays, most journals require you to submit your original image files. I usually name my original file as FigureX(N), X=figure No., N=graph order(A-G), for example so that it will be convenient for the editor.
