投稿RSC期刊 Catalysis science technology求助
大侠们！
去年投稿EES，经历两次大修后拒稿！今年修改文章补充实验，已经投稿Catalysis science technology. 投稿时说明了本文曾被EES拒稿！
投稿后，来了邮件如下：
Thank you for your submission to Catalysis Science & Technology, published by the Royal Society of Chemistry.
I note that you received reviewer reports for a previous version of your manuscript. Before your manuscript can be assessed for Catalysis Science & Technology, I require you to send a point-by-point response to the reviewer comments as well as a manuscript with all your changes clearly marked. Once we have received your response, your manuscript will undergo a full initial assessment by one of our Associate Editors.
Please send a revised manuscript with the changes marked and a point-by-point response as soon as you are able to.
这些东西都是有的，因为之前修改了两次！可是我在投稿系统里的哪个位置上传呢？投稿系统作者中心如下图所示！难道我需要删掉这一次投稿，然后重新投稿吗？还是直接回复他的邮件就可以了？

虽然都是RSC旗下期刊，但是具体到不同的期刊投稿的入口是不一样的；我觉得你应该删掉这次投稿，然后上传之前被EES拒稿后修改过的稿子（标记改过的地方），并点对点回答审稿人意见，就像上传修改稿一样。祝好运！
我觉得没有必要删掉原先稿件，因为毕竟不是同一杂志，编辑只是要看看你的修改过程，将修改意见和修改稿用邮件打过去就好，证明你已经改过。在邮件中说明即可。另外，投新的杂志时，根本没有必要说上一次的投稿过程，不管是不是同一集团的，说明后事情反而更多。
在cover letter里面说明修改情况
多承指教！主要是也没有更加合适的杂志可选！想着反正都是RSC的，格式什么的都差不多！如果这个不行就试试其他的RSC期刊！
