刚看到审稿意见，编辑返给了拒绝稿件的审稿人，审稿人还是坚持拒稿，说创新性不够，重新又找了一个审稿人，也提到创新性的问题。
Thank you for submitting your revised manuscript. It has been seen by the critical reviewer and, as you can see, the reviewer still expressed serious reservations about the work. Therefore, I assigned a new reviewer in order to seek unbiased input for the evaluation of the revised version. Unfortunately, however, the reviewer raised several significant concerns over the novelty as well as technical issues. In view of the overall nature of these reviewer recommendations and my own examination of the manuscript, I regret very much that I cannot accept your manuscript for publication in ACS Catalysis
