诸位高手，本人文章中在确定最佳配比时用了四因素三水平的正交实验，现审稿人有如下意见，弄得我一头雾水，因为我已经做了极差分析达到了我的目地，审稿人还想让我做什么呢？是方差分析吗？如果是方差分析，在我这个实验的基础上我应该如何就实验数据做方差分析，实验表如何改动？请大家帮帮忙吧，看资料这个表好像没办法留出空列作误差分析啊，也有人说把极差最小的做方差分析，这对吗，怎么做？我已经焦头烂额了
审稿意见：
For each of the trials described in Table 2, how many replicates were performed? There is no error analysis in any of the results so it is very difficult to assess the statistical nature of the experiments. The authors are encouraged to provide this information.
