comments provided by the two reviewers (given below this e-mail) and send
your revised manuscript (in LaTex or Ms-Word) within the next 2-3 months.
Please provide details of all the changes that you make in the revised
version of your manuscript.

后面附的两个审稿人的意见一个是：Acceptable with some minor revisions,  一个是：To be submitted after major revisions
感觉审稿人的意见只是要修改,不确定要接收。但编辑的信怎么说： has been accepted for publication.
这样能确定说被接收了吗？
