投稿比较多的大神，给个建议吧，是修改还是投个低点的杂志：

This in particular the first reviewer opinion.   At the same time the two reviewers are poining out a number of critical issue concerning your paper that need be considered with the most care. These are listed in detail and should be of help.   In conclusion, my decision is to ask you to rewrite you manuscript in the form of a technical note (short paper).  Should you decide to resubmit your manuscript in the form of a technical note, please let me know together with your submission (in the form of an attachment) the responses to the reviers' comments and the ways you handled them.  Also, should you decide to rewrite your paper and resubmit, please have your new manuscript carefully checked for English by using an English editing service(sse our website for advice). 返回小木虫查看更多
