这句话是叫把修改后的全版的修改稿上传并且在全版的修改稿中标出修改变化的内容。还是叫在原版的文稿中中标出要修改的内容，然后自己另外用一个word记录出原版论文中修改后的内容并保存，最后将高亮有改动的原版论文和另外一个记录修改后的内容的word一起上传吗
