3. 你文章中作者单位要写规范，意思是作者右上角加数字代表不同单位，然后在下面写明数字代表的具体单位
4. 不同的部分开始用不同的字号来清晰的表示出来。比如Introduction，result and discussion这种用大一点的字号表示

非常感谢，现在又遇到一个问题，用ENDNOTE生成该杂志的文献却和guideline的要求好像不太一样

我是不是需要按照SAMPLE再修改呢，另外sample（ 2011;10: 1576-1588）里面的数字10是卷还是期�
，
虽说最好是按journal给定的example来编辑格式最好，但是根据我的认识，只要你通篇的reference格式都一致，何况你的差别还不多，应该问题不大。这个问题要改动的话，也会在proof或者下次修改意见回来一起修改。
你可以试着修改一下Endnote的style格式的，这样可以很快修改好
Sample的那个10指的是volume,也就是卷的意思
