上月投了journal of optical technology，帮忙分析一下，是中了吗？
上个月投了俄罗斯的journal of optical technology，20号投稿，30号就给了意见，只是让修改格式，当天就改好通过邮件给编辑传过去了，但到现在没收到编辑回复，有半个月了，需要再给编辑发邮件问一下吗？一审的邮件如下
