刚在JHY上投了一篇稿，编辑发了一封邮件说让我 perform  a literature review of the manuscripts in JHY
具体内容如下：
I am sending back the work, although I think that it matches the scopes of the Journal of Hydroinformatics (JHY), kindly suggesting you to perform a literature review of the manuscripts in JHY.
In fact, an absent literature review in JHY might negatively influence the Reviewers and the overall evaluation.
Moreover, it is helpful in order to demonstrate to Reviewers that the paper falls within the journal's scope.
Finally, I recommend that for the benefit of the journal's readership.
After your revision of the manuscript within the next 30 days, I will be happy to assign to an Editor the manuscript in order to start the review process.
The deadline for the modification is 9/12/2015
