SSCI录用后，版权协议中Clear permission是什么意思，要提交什么材料吗？
求助！刚被《Online information review>录用一篇论文，录用邮件中写“Please note that Emerald requires you to clear permission to re-use any material not created by you. If there are permissions outstanding, please send these to Emerald as soon as possible. Emerald is unable to publish your paper with permissions outstanding.”。
版权协议里写着：“If third party material has been used in the Work, I/We have obtained the necessary permission from the copyright holder/s to reproduce in the Work, in all media in all countries, and transmit via all reputable third parties, any such materials including tables, figures and photographs not owned by me/us (Please upload any permissions documents.).”。
我论文中没有引用别人的什么材料，只是问卷量表的开发借鉴了别人的问卷，但感觉期刊一般对这个不会要求提供许可材料。请问有经验的朋友，我是否需要向期刊提交什么？或向期刊发邮件声明没有引用别人的材料？

您好，如果没有用别人的什么材料，还需要向期刊提供什么声明之类的吗？借鉴别人的量表，一般只是在标明引用文献即可，这觉得这个应该不需要提供什么材料的。
