IEEE会议正文被拒，被录用为poster，可以不去吗，有什么后果
投了IPCCC会议论文，现在被催注册和缴费，算下来四千块钱，觉得不太值得，能不去吗，后果有那么严重吗？

It is an IEEE policy that accepted papers must be presented by authors at the conference. Hence, it is extremely important that you register and pay the registration fee. Please take your action immediately. On Nov 12th, if we have not received your registration information and fee, the decision of acceptance for your paper may be reversed, and the earlier acceptance notification may be withdrawn. In order to avoid this serious consequence, please take your action immediately.

可能上黑名单，以后再投IEEE会议系列被屏蔽掉。
邮件意思是必须有人参会，没有参会的话录用信息会被取消，这其实是标准回复的，主办方的立场是“你不能又要录用文章，又不参会”。如果确定不想去了，就委婉说自己因为行程安排去不了，希望他们协助撤销论文，表达一下感谢即可。

写的POSTER也可以进入论文集，应该同样会被索引吧，而且还不用做口头报告，为啥不投呢？
