如题，历时两个多月收到了IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters的审稿意见，我看过之后没有明白编辑是什么意思（前面给了拒，后副主编又说鼓励阐述清楚），我修改后能以什么样的形式接着投？能否在原来的基础上继续投稿么？求有经验大神指点迷津！

The paper is extremely hard to understand, because terms and objectives are not clearly defined, and because the English style is very deficient. Therefore the key ideas of the paper could essentially not be assessed. Rejection is recommended, but the authors are encouraged to clarify the explanation of their work. 返回小木虫查看更多
