In the methodology or in the discussion I think there needs to be more acknowledgement about other factors (i.e. husbandry methods, lack of biosecurity, shared equipment, multiple farms owned by the same company, wildlife resevoirs etc) that were not studied that are predictive of Pm or other similar diseases in swine operations and how some of these factors are also spatially autocorrelated and hence might show very similar results.  I see what was written on lines 199-202 with respect to several of these factors being "part of the prediction strategy" but I'm not sure what that exactly means with respect to your meteorological model?
