Manuscripts submitted to the editorial board must be in Russian or in English with Russian translation. The editorial board will accept manuscripts submitted in English only as an exception, in which case the editorial board may, at its discretion, arrange for the translation of the manuscript, or the abstract only, into Russian for publication in the original Russian version.
