编辑发的邮件显示没完成，但是我不知道怎么弄？麻烦帮助一下！
邮件内容如下：
We have received your manuscript submission to Energy & Fuels; however, you have not completed a Journal Publishing Agreement.  To avoid any delays with the processing of your manuscript, you must complete the Agreement.

To access the electronic Journal Publishing Agreement, please log in to your ACS Paragon Plus Home page at: https://acs.manuscriptcentral.com/acs. Click on either the "Submitted Manuscripts" or the "Forms Awaiting Completion" queue and then click on the "Complete Journal Publishing Agreement" link.  If you have forgotten your User ID and password, you can retrieve your account information by using the Password Help function at https://acs.manuscriptcentral.com/acs.

Please take the time to read and complete the appropriate section of the electronic Journal Publishing Agreement by typing your name in the box and dating the Agreement. When you are finished, click "Submit" at the bottom of the form.

当前的状态如下附件，貌似没有邮件中提到的要点击的地方。第一次投文章，很多不会，求大神帮忙啊！
