论文再次被拒，主编如此回信：
After having carefully examined the contents of the submitted paper, I come to a conclusion that the paper does not address a novel heat transfer problem that provides new insights to the literature within the scope of the journal Heat Transfer Research. I encourage you to seek an alternative publishing venue that better fits your paper.

创新性不够。可能是写作上（abstract,introduction部分）对创新性的描述不够清晰；也可能遇到的editor比较严格。
不知楼主研究的什么问题？自己认为的论文创新点是什么，

很有可能是你目前的文章水平（创新点）达不到该杂志的要求，不过，不能简单否定你文章的研究，可以考虑稍微低档次的杂志试试，或者，增加创新点，继续尝试该类同等档次的文章。
