各位虫友，请帮分析一个编辑投稿回信，是否还有希望，谢谢！
本小博明年即将毕业，就差这一篇SCI够条件。9月6号投稿，经历了under review，requested reviews completed，和 decision in process，今天10月28日惴惴不安中，得到编辑回信，进入系统首先看到的是最不想看到的结局“ completed reject”，伤心啊！！
接着看编辑回信，竟然三个审稿人前二个都说“well” ，建议publication ，但是主编觉得第三个reviewer 说的有结构和描述上的问题，说一旦按这个改动会影响整个paper。结果给我拒了。但人家不浇灭我的希望，加了这样一段话：“Editor: While the reviewers received well the concept of the work, reviewer 3 has pointed out a number of important issues regarding the paper that would need to be addressed prior to publication, regarding both the structure of the paper as well as the validity of the claims that are made regarding this work. This would involve substantial changes to the present paper, but if the authors are willing to undertake them, the paper can be re-considered as a new manuscript in WST. In this case I request that should the authors choose to resubmit as a new manuscript, they provide a revised paper with marked changes in red and a point-by-point response to each comment.” 建议我revise 后按照新稿重投，最后一句，意思是让我在修改稿里用红的 点对点回答问题的意思吗？这和major revision有和区别呢？我重投还有希望吗？还是以前的审稿人么？唉，时间耗不起，明年6月，他再重审一遍，再花2个月给我拒了，咋办？
希望各位有经验的虫友给点意见，我有多大希望重投的话？还有一般怎么在按新稿投还能红色标注的，我很奇怪啊！谢谢！

根据编辑的要求，你按第三个审稿人的意见改改即可，至于重投，编辑要你把改的地方突出显示，明显可缩短你等待时间，加油吧，很有希望，保持好心态。
修改后重新投，好好按照审稿人的意见修改，如果可以让审稿人满意的话，重新投机会很大

想最后请教一个问题，“ In this case I request that should the authors choose to resubmit as a new manuscript, they provide a revised paper with marked changes in red and a point-by-point response to each comment” 这句子中的they是代表我们authors吗？意思就是要我红色标注修改的意思对吧？？我怕理解错了，白修改，谢谢
