投ACI structural Journal，一审意见回来了之后修改了一次又投回去，二审审了两个月之后出现这个状态

请教大家这个状态是表示录了吗？还是要修改到满足审稿人意见才录？


下面是编辑部给的decision letter

When you have prepared the final manuscript (in accordance with the Author Guidelines and length requirement), please send one complete PDF file of the manuscript, one complete Microsoft Word file of the manuscript, and your responses to the reviewer's comments to:

Please note that if the final manuscript is not received within one month from the date of this e-mail, the manuscript will be considered withdrawn from the ACI Journal publication process and the copyright transfer form will be released to you.。。“
