SCI论文编辑来信不知该如何措辞回复，望指导
第一篇SCI论文刚刚被接受，在排版处理过程中，编辑来信通知如下：
FILE PROBLEM(S)
Unfortunately we have encountered a problem with the electronic files you provided and cannot process your article further until these problems are resolved:
* I have been contacted by the typesetter regarding the files for your article. The typesetter has found the following problem with the files provided:
In the supplied source file all the figures are supplied as Graphical abstract. Kindly confirm which one figure should be considered as Graphical abstract at the earliest so that we may proceed with the publication of your article.
不知道如何回复措辞是好？求帮助……

那个是印刷版的订购，一般不花那个冤枉钱，不需要回复，如果你需要留个纪念可以订一下
再麻烦老师一个问题，我的文章状态显示28号就显示Proofs available，但是到今天还没收到proof，邮件上正如上面说的预计在30-OCT-2015收到proof，我问过我老师，我让他检查一下他的邮箱，但就是没有？不知道老师能否指点一下，如果给编辑发邮件再要一下proof，还望老师能够指导一下语言措辞，谢谢老师

完全一个新手希望老师帮助！
老师，打扰了，我在网上找了好一些，包括小木虫，实在是没有找到。因为我们的这篇文章，在elsevier on line 界面上看的话，确实有好多问题，好多公式都有乱码，出现公式大小不一的情况，表格也有一些问题，但是我把我们的文章下载下来却都是正常的。所以比较着急，真心望老师帮助，谢谢老师！
