5月份投过一次，被拒了，审稿意见是“（前面都是客套话）In principle, the manuscript could be easily published since it is well-written and easy to follow. However, the present paper is very limited in scope and the results are not far from what one can expect. If one would ask the question if there is any new scientific contribution to the field in the manuscript, then the reviewer's answer would be no.”
