投PRL两轮审稿后被编辑推荐改到PRB，转到PRB rapid commun后得到编辑的回信：
We shall be glad to publish the above manuscript in the Physical
Review.  However, we would like to bring the comments of the
referee to your attention (see below) before we begin processing the paper.

As soon as we receive your response, we will proceed with the
publication of your manuscript.

然后之前审过我PRL稿子的审稿人这次建议PRB regular：
The manuscript is clearly improved in comparison to its previous
versions. The experimental data is adequately discussed and analyzed,
but the interpretation  remains rather speculative. Therefore, I
recommend to publish the manuscript as a regular article in PRB.

编辑却没明确说是不是rapid
