主编建议改投另一个杂志，这种情况怎么处理啊？求帮助
最近投了一篇A杂志，一个月后收到主编的邮件：
Dear Professor XX
The Editor handling your manuscript has had some concerns that it is not quite in the mainstream scope of Journal A. He suggested the paper would be more suitable for one of our sister journals at Wiley called Journal B.
On this basis, I would like to suggest transferring the paper to Journal B. I am the also the Editor-in-Chief for Journal B and I feel that the paper is more in line with the aims and scope for that journal. For your reference, the aims and scope are available at the following link:

Please let us know if you would like your manuscript to be transferred to Journal B.

谢谢您的回复，我忘记说明了，A杂志较好，B杂志是一般。主编的这种说辞是不是就意味着A已经给拒掉了，还是只是个建议。第一次遇到这种情况，不知道如何是好。毕竟我还是还是想投A杂志的。
一般情况编辑主动给转移稿件的期刊要么是收费的，要么是新期刊，先看清楚再决定
当然如果期刊符合你的要求，这样转移会相对较快，回信同意即可
先看好给你转投的期刊如何，如果可以转投，如果觉得不行的话就改投。之前的期刊算是给你拒稿了。转投的话在给的链接点进去，点击期刊，同意就可以了，一般格式不需要改动
如果第二个期刊的影响因子你还能接受，就投过去。接受可能很大
谢谢您的回复，我已经给主编发邮件了。虽然推荐的期刊也很不错，是个老SCI（影响要因子不高），但是我们还是坚持不改投了。本来这次投稿就是冲着高影响因子去的，既然达不到目标，就准备换杂志了
