原句是这样的，The TEM shows agglomerated particles. Give particle size (nm), standard deviation (±), and the number of particles that has been taken into account when calculating data. Show colloidal stability of such particles as measured by DLS. Report on the zeta-potential.，其中那个标准偏差哪个的标准偏差呢？ “the number of particles that has been taken into account ”这句话的意思该怎么计算，目前dls和zeta电位数据出来了，但看不懂。。。新手求助。。

一般按照某张TEM上的照片来数粒子的尺寸和计算标准偏差，他是指你这张TEM上你选择了多少数量的粒子
额，难道还要按着照片一个一个数啊？那标准偏差没数据该怎么算呢

求帮助啊。。。。
专业内容不懂，但从材料来看，审稿人就是要你提供考察指标的平均数与标准差，以及相应的N值，从统计学的基本知识就明白了。
主要是TEM的只有图，没数据，如何计算呢。
统计学一般用spss软件对数据进行方差分析，没数据的话就做不成了吧
