最近投了一篇SSR引物开发的文章到Conservation Genetics Resources ，但是投了3次，只过一天，就被退回来了，我10月9号之前按照要求将method字数改成439字，把之前10月5号加的5条参考文献给删了，今天又发这条减到500只有5个参考文献。都不知道是什么意思，是具体将引言+method减到500还是只是method（之前已经做过；），再投几次估计编辑都会不耐烦，给直接拒了。求指导
