投稿MPE大修后被拒，大神帮我看看编辑回复邮件，这是什么情况啊？
As matter of fact, you answered the questions of the reviewer, but the revised version of your paper, that I have read, is full of English typos that, unfortunately, the only reviewer that accepted to read your paper did not signal. In the present form, I am not able to accept your contribution for the publication in MPE. You have a chance to be reconsidered in this Journal only when you will have revised your contribution with the help of a mother-language expert of the field or, at least, of a professional English expert.
这还有机会吗？还是 所谓的机会是语言修改后重新投稿，重新再走一遍？大神帮我看看

编辑的意思是英语有很多拼写错误，建议找专业英语很牛的专家帮你修稿。重新修改，再重新投稿。
你唯一的审稿人没有给任何回应。编辑拒绝接收。
感觉论文还是有机会的，重中之重是重新组织和修改下语言问题，可以找润色机构，然后再次提交，可以再cover letter里面说明自己已更正语言问题，希望reconsider一下。

语言问题，既然你都打算投这个收费这么贵的期刊，就不用在乎再找一个润色机构帮你润色那点钱了。
如果状态是拒收，那就只能先把语言润色好，然后再重新投稿。但在Coverletter里说明这篇文章的情况，原来的编号是啥。
