投到springer旗下的一个期刊，两个多月了，至今还是 with editor:


九月初时我问过一次，期刊的负责人回复的：
Dear Prof. **,

I hope this message finds you well.

As I checked the system, I confirm that your submission, ***** is currently 'With Editor'. He is in the process of inviting referees to evaluate your paper. Nonetheless, you will be notified immediately as soon as the required reviews are completed and an editorial decision has been reached.

Rest assured that the editor is aware of the status of your manuscript and is giving the proper attention it needs to speed up the process.

又过去这么多天了，仍然没动静，天天看状态，很着急。其实我选的副主编就是做我这个方向的，另外一位副主编也是这个方向，我还引用了他的多篇文章。很奇怪为什么找不到审稿人。
