关于审稿意见,提的基因与环境互作?GxE interaction?

投稿一个月后终于收到了回信!但是有关审稿意见 很不懂,小虫在次求大虫们的赐教!!

Overall, it is a good study that potentially reports a new tillering locus. However, I think it could be significantly improved by more careful data analysis, especially by adding analyses of G x E interaction. Also, additional genotyping would be required to prove that the locus on chromosome 2D is different from the previously reported one. Below are my comments that hope will help to improve the manuscript

Are the effects of three loci are additive? What proportion of phenotypic variance could be explained by all three loci? It appears that some QTL are not stable across environments. Providing more data on G x E interaction would be very interesting.

Why don't investigate interaction with the environment using data available in this study? Please see comments above. I think that more careful analysis using different statistical approaches can help.

在审稿人意见里,多次提到与环境的分析! 本论文涉及了3个试验点,但是与环境的互作真的不知道该怎么分析, 最初的想法是多年多点都能证实QTL的稳定性,然后才有接着做下去的希望。

    关于多年多点QTL定位的QTL X E,可以用GenStat中的QTL板块中的单性状多环境QTL定位来查看G by E的互作形式,有很多参考文献,可以检索GenStat QTL,一般都是QTL与环境互作的文章,希望有帮助,
