各位虫友，我想请问下这是什么意思？为什么拒稿还说可以重投，这种情况为什么不给大修的机会？另外就是这种情况，我修改后重投，能被接受的机会大么？谢谢各位虫友了，哎，等了2个月，结果等了个拒稿，心塞啊。。。希望各位虫友发表下看法。。。
