第一次投SCI，帮看看杂志给的修改意见是什么意思
第一次次SCI，投的advances in materials science and engineering，一个多月以后给了修改意见，麻烦大神帮看看，具体都什么意思啊，我大概能看懂一点，好像第二点和第三点修改意见有点难，我如果搞不出来怎么办啊。
The paper presents a beam-column connection with U-shaped steel dampers, which is characterized by added damping and recentering capability. Experimental (cyclic) results are carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed connection. Then, a parametric investigation, with a FEM model calibrated in accordance with the experimental results, is carried out to analyse the effects of the U-shaped damper geometry on the performance of the connection. The subject of the paper can be of interest for readers and the results of the study are interesting. I think that the paper may be accepted after modification according to the following comments, which I propose to the authors.
1. A check of the English language should be done throughout the text, also because many tables and figures highlight captions in Chinese.
2. Further details should be added to better clarify the mechanism of deformation and yielding of the U-shaped steel dampers, also with reference to their rotational stiffness K (see page 3, section 2.2 of the manuscript).
3. In view of their adoption for practical applications, a design procedure of the additional U-shaped steel dampers should be presented.

兄弟，真的这么简单吗？我咋感觉他们要我推出来个公式啥的呢，实在感觉有困难。
基本上第一段你可以忽略，reviewer重复了你的实验目的和实验意义，除非你觉得他复述的不对，那就比较麻烦了。 他说你的文章改完下面三点了就可以发了：
1. 把图片上的中文标题改成英文的，找个论文语言修改机构改改，
2. 理论部分需要更多的解释，尤其是变形机理，还有讨论下旋转刚度。。。（我的力学在国外学的，这个翻的不好）
3. 为了方便应用，文章中应提及附加u型减震器的设计过程
