如题，手头一篇文章投了PC，一个审稿人以创新性不足的理由拒稿，修改了有3个月，前言重写突出创新性，题目和结论也都做了修改，实验与讨论部分增加一部分内容，前天投JMC B，昨天被Publishing Editor拒稿，内容如下：
I note that this is a resubmission of paper xxxxxxxxxx submitted to Polymer Chemistry. As this work has already been peer reviewed by a Royal Society of Chemistry journal and in light of the concerns of the previous reviewers, I cannot consider it for publication in Journal of Materials Chemistry B and your article has been rejected.
