刚投了，是可以放在正文里面的，就跟之前的排版一样就好了，期刊中有模板可以参考。

1.   A certificate on institute's letter head  (forwarded by a competent
authority) signed by all the authors stating that the reported work is
original  and it has not been submitted elsewhere for publication; that the
proper citations to the previously reported works have been given; and that
in case data, Tables or Figures are quoted verbatim from some other
publication, the required permission to do so has been obtained.

2.   The names and corresponding addresses of two Indian and one foreign
active research workers of the repute  who could be the possible reviewer
for the type of work presented in your above article.

3. It is also requested to kindly inform us immediately if there is any

account. This is essential to avoid any unnecessary delay in communication.
