main comments ：

detailed comments 说了7条，包含上面的两条。
请问审稿人的意思是说前面两条必须改正，后面的几条如果不容易解释，可以稍微放松下吗？

main comments是针对你论文整体情况的，要修改的地方或许不止一处，detailed comments针对性较强，针对修改就好了
