OL论文被拒，建议转投PR，有没有必要argue
先一下。昨天上午在小木虫上发帖问了论文审稿的事。结果晚上就收到了编辑信件，不过是拒信！——不知道OL的编辑是不是也逛小木虫啊？
具体的回复意见如下：
“Thank you for submitting your paper to Optics Letters. Based on the reviews received, I have determined that your manuscript is not suitable for Optics Letters.
A paper is acceptable for publication in Optics Letters only if there is convincing evidence that, in addition to being correct technically, it also adds a new and important result to the field that warrants rapid publication. While I have found that your paper does not meet this criterion, this manuscript does seem to be of strong technical quality and may merit publication in Photonics Research, which is an open access journal with competitive time to publication. We would like to allow you the opportunity to transfer this manuscript to Photonics Research.

这种回复意见，有没有argue一下的必要呢？
昨天查了下 Photonics Research，已经是SCI，但是没有IF的信息。本人马上进入博士第8学期，手头还没有paper。就算投Photonics Research中了，对毕业的帮助也不能特别保险的。所以有点纠结啊。

PR据说影响因子可能在4左右，至少不会比OL低，新杂志，今年第三卷吧，如果PR能接受你绝对很好，现在拒稿率很好了。
恩，是啊。主要是我想明年上半年能答辩，到时候没有IF，学校不认可啊。以前组里也很少Argue过，没有经验。刚查了下别人的Argue经历，感觉除非是大牛，否则就是个悲剧的结果�

不要argue. 除非你有铁证。
