编辑回复的拒稿意见，是说论文质量不够吗？

楼主我前个月也有了这个期刊，第二天就收到一模一样的回复。楼主不要灰心，话说我年底毕业还差一篇文章，呜呜呜。
主要是不明白他究竟什么意思，也没给点什么具体意见，感觉就是在敷衍。加油，虫友！
期刊发文量很少 尽管可能你的文章质量不错 但是不适合我们期刊 相当于outside the scope of the journal
想写出一篇创新性很强的文章确实不容易啊，别灰心，虫友，继续丽奴吧
