Positions for Experienced PhD:
Director of Product Development Center; Senior R&D Manager of Fine Chemicals/Personal Care Products/Coatings and Adhesives

Requirements:
1.        PhD, major in chemical engineering, chemistry, polymer, material science, or related fields;
2.        min. 6 years of proven successful experience in the development and application of new products and new technologies with international chemical companies, fields including but not limited to performance and functional chemicals, specialty monomers, synthetic nutrition products, paint additives, plastic additives, nylon synthesis, personal care products, CASE, ion exchange resin, RO membrane, fungicide;
3.        proven successful experience in leading R&D teams;
4.        proven ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment, team player;
5.        have great influence and wide connections in the related field;
6.        proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented;
7.        willing to work in China
