waste management审稿意见是significant revision是什么意思？跪求
第一篇文章投稿到waste management，很快进入under review程序，然后就是3个多月的等待。
今天早上收到审稿消息，但是编辑给的意见是significant revision，这个是拒稿了么？跪求大神解读啊!

The peer review process for your manuscript has been completed. Based on the referee comments, and upon my review of the manuscript, I feel that your paper presents information of interest to the readers of
Waste Management but that significant revisions are needed prior to publication.
In addition to the completed table form, we would like to receive the following by Sep 28, 2015:
不是一般都是45天么？为什么我这个就给了20天？这个是几个意思啊？我已经快晕了

相当于大修吧。不要计较这些，认真修改就好了。
