请大家帮忙看下编辑部这句话的意思
编辑来信的原话：your submission entitled"......." has been received by ......(期刊名），However, before we can proceed with the review process we ask you to address the following: 1.Please provide the telephone/fax number and email address of the corresponding author in the first page of the manuscript. Please log onto Elsevier Editorial System as an Author.....。请问，has been received 是文章被接受了（收录）还是编辑部收到投稿了，这是大修后投稿。

编辑部收到稿件，还没有分配编辑，技术审查要你把通讯作者的详细信息加到文章的第一页，这个通过之后才会分配给编辑，然后编辑评估，之后才会送外审！
